At Hello2Mee, we value your privacy and are committed to ensuring your data is handled securely. In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, we provide this page to explain how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following these steps:

  • Log in to the Hello2Mee app on your Android device.
  • Navigate to the Profile or Settings section.
  • Look for the Delete Account option at the bottom of the screen.
  • Confirm your choice. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Alternative Method (Request via Email)

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

Please include your registered email address or phone number in the request body to help us verify your identity.

Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases:

  • Personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number).
  • Registered QR codes and associated vehicle/keyring details.
  • Authentication tokens and session data.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This may include:

  • Transaction records (if applicable) for financial reporting.
  • Server logs (retained for a short period for security auditing).
