By accessing or using the Hello2Mee application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Hello2Mee provides a privacy-focused communication platform using QR codes. Our services include:

• Vehicle Services: Contacting vehicle owners for parking issues.
• Keyring Services: Lost and found recovery.
• Doorbell Services: Video calling for visitors.
• Senior Citizen Services: Emergency contact facilitation.

We provide the technology to connect parties but are not responsible for the content of communications or the actions of users.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the services to:

• Illegal use strictly prohibited: Any use of the service for illegal activities under Indian law (including IT Act 2000) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others via calls or messages.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any user reported for abuse or harassment may have their account suspended or terminated immediately.

5. Payments & Refunds

Some services (e.g., purchasing QR kits) may require payment. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (Razorpay). Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available upon request or at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

The Hello2Mee app, website, and all related content (logos, text, code) are the property of Innonics and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
